Yellow Bole (italian) Manetti 800gr

Bole is the natural clay paste. It is used as a primer to have a proper surface preparation before gilding and also to give brighter (yellow ) or warmer (red) tones to our gold leaves.

The material does not contain glue, adhesive must be added.

Recommended glue is rabbit glue and indicative dosage: 100 g bole 90 g distilled water and 10 grams rabbit glue

The application is always done with a hot bole a (no more than 60 degrees) crosswise and let each layer dry.

Store in a cool, dry place in its own container, closed and away from direct light and heat.

The ideal temperature is 15-25 °C with humidity below 50%.
