Properties:
Serenoas Tincture exerts a balancing effect on the male hormonal system and helps to address problems such as benign prostatic hypertrophy by reducing symptoms such as difficulty urinating, insufficient urine flow, bladder that does not empty completely. Thus, through increased urination, we have the removal of all microbes and toxins that accumulate in the bladder.
This action is due to the fact that serenoa blocks the enzyme (5α-reduttasi) involved in the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone which is responsible for the creation of the hypertrophic prostate, as well as dandruff and scalp sebum.
Serenoa has also been shown to effectively block estrogen receptors. It also contributes to the decongestion and inflammation of the prostate mucosa that usually accompany prostate problems.
What is Tincture:
The tincture is created by steeping herbs in an alcoholic solution (grapa), usually over a period of a few weeks. During this, the active ingredients of the herbs dissolve in the alcoholic solution.
