Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Eucalyptus essential oil is a completely natural product that is prepared according to the monastic recipe in order to preserve all its valuable ingredients. The Greek word “eucalyptus” means “well covered”, as its flowers are hidden in a membrane which falls as it grows. Eucalyptus is known mainly for its properties in the respiratory system.

Way of use
Aromatherapy to strengthen the body in cases of flu and colds: Add 2-3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil in boiling water, cover the head with a towel and inhale deeply until water vapor stops. Also, add 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to 10ml of calendula oil and massage the chest.
To clear the air in case of flu: add 8 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to the ceramic device for essential oils.
For insect repellent: add 4 drops of eucalyptus essential oil and 3 drops of citronella essential oil to the ceramic essential oil appliance.
Respiratory relief or stress: Inhale 1-2 times directly from the bottle of eucalyptus essential oil.
Muscle aches: add 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to 10ml of almond oil and massage the area.
Caution:
Essential oils are natural, effective and very pleasant to use. Their healing properties can benefit everyone. However, they should be treated with medication with caution and caution, following the recommended dosage.
- Essential oils should not be used, for ingestion. (excluding essential oils of oregano, thyme, basil and mint) and without a doctor’s advice
- During pregnancy and especially during the first 5 months of pregnancy.

Essential oils should be used with caution in the following cases:
- Some essential oils (eg Bergamot, Nerazzi, Lemon, etc.) can cause skin photosensitivity to the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Generally we advise you to avoid exposure to intense sun for 4 hours after aromatherapy (massage).
- Essential oils should be used diluted in a base (eg base oil) when in contact with the skin. We recommend that you do not use insoluble essential oils on the skin.
- “Vulnerable” age groups (children and people over 60) should use essential oils in reduced proportions.
