Please read carefully the following terms of use, which refer to the rights and obligations of the Company, before using the services of this site and the e-shop. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY

In order to place orders for the Company’s products and to carry out any transaction through this e-shop, the disclosure of certain personal data by the customer is required. The Company fully respects the personal data of all its customers and users of this site and confirms that any collection, processing and / or storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation, with your express specific consent, exclusively for the purposes and to the extent required for the operation of this site and e-shop.

Specifically, for the realization of the order, the full name of the customer will be requested, the shipping address of the products, the billing address of the order (if different from the shipping address), the invoicing data (in case of invoice selection), the contact telephone number, the e-mail address of the customer, which data are used only for the purpose of execution and proof of orders. Also, in case the order is placed by credit card, the number, the expiry date of the card and the three-digit security code are requested, which data are not stored in the company’s storage media during the transaction, but are entered directly in a secure environment of the partner banking institution that has undertaken the card routing.

In terms of security, you will own the goods from the point at which we receive full payment or deliver the goods to you. The Company insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered, at which point a signature is required for each delivered good. From the point of receipt, responsibility for the goods purchased is transferred to you or if you have nominated a different recipient (for example as a gift), then you accept that the signature by him/her is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the contractual obligation on the part of the Company and the transfer of responsibility to you.

ITEMS FOR SALE – PRICES

All products offered for sale through this site and e-shop are handmade and manufactured in the private workshop of the Company. Specifically, the products are related to hagiographies – hagiography materials and monastic food and handicrafts. The characteristics of the products and the materials used for their manufacture are described in detail on this site and e-shop. The Company reserves the right to modify or renew the products offered, their sale prices and other terms and conditions of sale without notice, which will be effective from the date of their posting on this site.
The sales prices indicated on this site and e-shop for each product include VAT 24% but do not include shipping costs.

ORDER

Orders placed through this site and e-shop constitute distance selling contracts, which are governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as it is currently in force, as well as other applicable Greek and European legislation. The visitors/users of this site and e-shop, have the possibility to conclude a valid order, if they are legally competent to do so, i.e. they have reached the age of 18 and are not under legal representation in order to conclude a sales contract. The Merchant reserves the right for any orders from persons who are legally incompetent. In particular, if you are under the age of 16 you must inform your parent or guardian of the Company’s privacy policy before registering to use this website or any of our services.

To complete an order through the site and e-shop, the customer must follow four (4) basic steps:

A) LOGIN/REGISTRATION:: Initially, the customer is asked to log in to his/her personal account using his/her username and password, otherwise, if he/she is not already a registered member, he/she can create a new account with the necessary data requested.

B) PRODUCT SELECTION: Then, the customer selects the specific product codes he wishes to buy, placing them in the shopping cart.

C) ORDER RECORDING:Also, the customer, knowing the value of the products and the final payment price, is asked to fill in the information required for the realization of the order (e.g. The customer is informed of the order (e.g. payment method, shipping method, shipping address, any comments on the order, etc.).

D) COMPLETION OF ORDER: Finally, the customer accepts the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use and completes the order, entering details according to the payment method chosen.

Upon completion of the order, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail with a copy of the order and a unique order code, with which he can monitor its progress.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
    By choosing this payment method you will be redirected to the secure transaction environment of the partner bank «NATIONAL BANK» which is in charge of launching the credit/debit cards. We confirm that our company does not receive any information about your credit card.
  2. CASH ON DELIVERY
    The cash on delivery payment method is available for purchases within Greece. For those who prefer this method, you receive the products (at the address you have indicated) through the company Acs courier, with which we cooperate and you pay the price of your order at the time of receipt. Your order has a delivery time of 1-5 working days.
  3. PAYPAL
    With the secure online payment service PayPal, the payment method is available for domestic and international purchases. You can also pay with your credit card without having a PayPal account. We confirm that in this case our company does not receive any information about your credit card either and payment with PayPal is subject to a charge from this platform.
  4. DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT

    In the reason for payment you should indicate thenumber of order and your full name. Your order will be on hold and will be processed when we confirm that the amount has been deposited. Bank charges as well as commissions are borne solely and entirely by the customer.
    To facilitate the procedure, you can send us the copy of the deposit in which you must have indicated the order number and your full name, to the following e-mail address [email protected] or send us an e-mail with the date of deposit, the deposit bank, the deposit number, the order number, your full name and a contact phone number (at [email protected]). In case of non-deposit within 3 days your order will be cancelled.

COST OF DISPATCHING THE PRODUCTS

RETURNS OR CHANGES IN PRODUCTS

You have the right to return the products you have purchased, within 10 working days from the date you received it.  Returns/exchanges are accepted as long as the product is in the same condition in which you received it and any accompanying labels should be present as well as the original sales receipt or invoice. In this case you will only be liable for the direct cost of returning the products. Please note that returns are only accepted if you contact the “Business” at +302392061211 or email [email protected]. The company is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the return transport. In case of a return due to the use of this right, the company will refund your money within 15 working days, provided that the above condition of “same situation” is met. If this condition is not met or is only partially met, the company is not obliged to refund the money. Also, the company is not responsible for any damage and damage to the products that occur after delivery and in no case is not obliged to replace them.

It should be noted here that we have made every effort to display our products and their colours on computer screens as accurately as possible. These however vary in their quality and therefore we cannot guarantee that the colours that appear on your own screen are completely accurate.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Force majeure : If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish to complete your order under these circumstances. Our Company accepts no responsibility for any situation which is beyond its control and will do everything humanly possible for your best service. Competent courts for any dispute relating to transactions referred to herein, the Courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction.
